Application Programmer III

Our client, Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Capital Management Technology organization supporting Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT). The ideal candidate will be delivery focused, analytical, and able to collaborate effectively across techno-functional stakeholders to support a technology transformation journey.

What's the Job?

• Serve in a BA/FA techno-functional capacity supporting Capital Management within Corporate Treasury, including critical regulatory programs.
• Help design and deliver capabilities for data ingestion, rules authoring/execution, and analytics as part of a greenfield technology transformation.
• Work with ETL/data integration and transformation tools to support data mapping, data quality validation, reconciliation, and lineage analysis.
• Support large-scale data processing and ensure accurate, traceable data flows for downstream capital calculations and reporting.
• Collaborate to replace multiple legacy treasury technology applications while maintaining alignment to regulatory expectations (e.g., Basel IV, FRTB).

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years experience as a BA/FA in a delivery-focused techno-functional role.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/data integration and transformation tools such as Alteryx, Trifacta, or Informatica, including data mapping, data quality validation, reconciliation, and lineage analysis.
• Strong SQL programming knowledge, preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata.
• Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net, with the ability to read and understand Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy (not expected to write Python code).
• Deep understanding of capital markets with focus on credit risk, market risk, or capital calculations, plus knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., Basel, CRR, CRD IV).
