Enterprise Architect (Cloud & Transformation)

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Architect (Cloud & Transformation) to join their team. As an Enterprise Architect (Cloud & Transformation)​​​​​​​, you will lead enterprise solution design and technology enablement with a strong customer focus. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of client-facing consulting experience, deep enterprise architecture expertise across multiple technology domains, and the leadership capability to build and guide high-performing teams.

Location:Austin, Texas (Remote)

Pay Range:$90/hr to $95 

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage an enterprise architecture team of technical consultants, setting goals, expectations, and ensuring alignment to corporate metrics.
• Engage with customers to define overall solutions by bridging business requirements to technology architecture and design.
• Analyze customer technology, organization, and processes; recommend optimization and best-practice improvements to improve service, lower costs, and prevent operational issues.
• Provide architecture overview and quality assurance for programs, including due diligence on proposed designs and impact analysis of major changes.
• Shape and progress solutions from design through implementation, potentially owning delivery planning and acting as delivery manager for multi-resource teams.

What's Needed?

• Client-facing technology consulting background with strong business requirement gathering, analysis, and technology enablement experience.
• Demonstrated deep knowledge of enterprise architecture design and consulting across multiple technology towers, including Infrastructure, networking, public cloud (hyperscalers), and Applications; hybrid architecture and cyber security experience is desirable.
• Proven experience delivering transformational projects or change programs within enterprise clients, including moving toward cloud and/or DevSecOps operating models.
• Experience designing, implementing, and running FinOps programs based on the FinOps Foundation.
• Experience building and managing an Enterprise Architecture team, including strong communication skills and the ability to lead complex initiatives.
