Accounting Support Specialist

Location: Huntsville, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Overtime
Duration: 12 Months
Pay: $30-$34/hr. on W2

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Support Specialist to support the Capital Projects team with SAP data entry, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project details in SAP.
• Create purchase orders (POs) and assist with invoice processing.
• Prepare and verify financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile statements.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and support daily accounting operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for reporting and data management.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience, preferably with POs and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting and accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
