IT Program Manager III

Our client is seeking a IT Program Manager III to join their team. As a IT Program Manager III, you will be part of the technology organization supporting global Rates trading technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organization, proven product management collaboration, and the ability to drive business development outcomes through disciplined execution.

Pay Range: $65-$67/hr 

What's the Job?

• Lead complex, global programs across the Rates trading technology platform, partnering with trading, sales, and product leadership to deliver large-scale initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end execution for front-office systems, market structure, and risk-critical infrastructure, ensuring alignment across global teams.
• Manage program governance, dependencies, and risk/issue resolution with strong delivery discipline in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Translate complex trading and technology topics into clear communication for both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Operate independently in ambiguous situations, setting direction, coordinating resources, and maintaining consistent delivery outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Deep FICC / Markets domain expertise across Rates, Credit, FX, or Repo, with strong understanding of trading workflows, market structure, and front office technology.
• Proven program management track record delivering complex, multi-year global initiatives across trading platforms and desk-facing systems.
• Strong stakeholder management experience partnering directly with trading, sales, and product leadership in a front-office environment.
• Ability to execute across a matrixed organization, driving alignment across engineering, infrastructure, business, and control functions.
• Strong communication and organization skills, including governance, dependency management, and effective risk/issue resolution.
