Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Corporate Supply Chain division supporting the Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain (OCS) workstream for Project Nexus. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills, analytical rigor for data validation and process improvement, and the ability to translate insights into an actionable roadmap that drives measurable operational performance.

What's the Job?

• Support the Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain (OCS) workstream by planning, facilitating, executing, and documenting a comprehensive Value Stream Mapping (VSM) exercise.
• Bring cross-functional partners together to create a fact-based view of current processes, identify waste and bottlenecks, and design a practical future state grounded in validated data.
• Connect OCS functions—especially the Order to Cash team—to align processes, information, systems, handoffs, and ownership across the value stream.
• Translate VSM findings into a prioritized improvement roadmap that improves flow, service, visibility, and scalability.
• Support project governance by tracking plans, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and providing timely updates to sponsors and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in eCommerce or Retail environments, with experience involving customer portals considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience implementing software solutions, specifically Agentic AI or advanced automation, with familiarity with Agile Methodology and Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data validation challenges and drive fact-based conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex AI and process insights to both technical teams and non-technical executive stakeholders across multiple geographies.
