Recruiter

Our client, a global, compliance-focused organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization supporting a specialized, program-specific talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive risk awareness, and excellent stakeholder communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Sunrise, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Pay Range: $30/hr - $39/hr w2

What's the Job?

• Manage recruitment activities across assigned requisitions and program workstreams, ensuring consistent execution within established program requirements.
• Review candidate qualifications against job requirements and document assessment outcomes accurately throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate candidate screening and interview scheduling activities, supporting candidate management from initial evaluation through hiring leader review.
• Monitor recruitment milestones, priorities, and deadlines to support timely program delivery and high-quality candidate experience.
• Serve as a control point by identifying operational, compliance, documentation, and timeline risks, escalating concerns early, and maintaining audit-ready recruiting records.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or recruitment operations.
• Experience supporting candidate screening, resume review, interview coordination, requisition management, or related recruitment activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate judgment and discretion, including identifying issues and following through on corrective actions.
