ERP Applications Analyst

Our client, a technology-forward organization, is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst to join their team. As an ERP Applications Analyst, you will be part of the Technology Advisory group supporting client teams across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a process-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical partners.

Job Title: ERP Applications Analyst

Location:Hunt Valley, Maryland (candidates can live in the WDC - Baltimore area)

Pay Range:$65,000 - $90,000

What's the Job?

• Assess client processes, document current and future state workflows, and define requirements that align to business goals.
• Support software selection by helping clients identify, evaluate, and choose appropriate applications for their needs.
• Assist with ERP implementations by working with internal and external resources and documenting the designed solution.
• Help create and execute change management plans, including testing plan support, legacy data manipulation, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, system architects, and subject matter experts to manage implementation changes through go-live.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of business process experience, including participating in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and documenting/prioritizing requirements.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, in an Agile environment, or on a development team.
• Experience with application development or implementations, including ERP/CRM/HRIS and related integrations across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, non-profit, services, finance/accounting, HRIS, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce.
• Some accounting experience/understanding is preferred, along with strong written/verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
