Job Title:Application Programmer III

Location:Newark, DE

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using on-premises models and infrastructure to create new content and actionable insights.
• Leverage LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, chatbots, and machine learning techniques to build reliable AI-driven experiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into GenAI features, prototypes, and production implementations.
• Build and integrate NLP capabilities for text generation, ensuring outputs meet quality and usability expectations.
• Apply data preprocessing, feature engineering, and vector database practices to support scalable AI workflows.

What's Needed?

• AIML Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI and GenAI, including real production experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python, with experience using tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Streamlit.
• Demonstrated data science expertise, including building AI solutions with established AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of natural language processing for text generation and related NLP techniques.
• Experience with vector databases, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and retrieval-oriented workflows.
