Scrum Master 3 - Contingent

Our client, a technology-driven organization, is seeking a Scrum Master Level 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Scrum Master 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the delivery organization supporting Agile teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation and coaching skills, a data-informed approach to delivery, and a commitment to end-to-end execution that helps teams consistently deliver value.

Location:Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:$65.00/hour, w2 

What's the Job?

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement to help the team deliver predictable outcomes.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization, refinement, and readiness for sprint execution.
• Use Jira and Confluence to track work, maintain transparency, and support backlog management, dashboards, delivery metrics, and reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities, including planning, execution, release coordination, and post-release validation.
• Support delivery performance by monitoring metrics and communicating progress, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and/or education.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, dashboards, delivery metrics, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience supporting end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, release coordination, and post-release validation.
• Strong ability to coach teams on Scrum practices and help remove impediments that block progress.
• Clear communication skills to align delivery activities across teams and stakeholders.
