Business Analyst 2

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to join a remote team supporting vendor operations and ensuring external staff have the equipment, access, and support needed to successfully onboard and remain compliant. From your first day, you’ll play a key role in streamlining end-to-end onboarding coordination and Secure Admin Workstation (SAW) lifecycle administration—so senior technical teams can stay focused on engineering work.

What's the Job?

• Own vendor onboarding administration from intake through account provisioning, equipment delivery, and handoff to the appropriate technical team.
• Coordinate SAW requests and lifecycle activities, including setup, shipment tracking, returns, replacements, and ongoing administration.
• Manage secure-device logistics for smartcards, readers, YubiKeys, and related onboarding hardware requirements.
• Maintain and monitor onboarding work queues—providing status updates, reviewing stale items, managing backlog, and escalating when needed.
• Support compliance-driven onboarding by coordinating account reinstatements, onboarding holds, expired screenings, re-onboarding activities, and recurring attestation/refresh tasks.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience in administrative operations, vendor onboarding, workforce coordination, procurement support, IT asset logistics, or a similar function.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-step workflows using work-management or ticketing systems.
• SAW / computer administration experience and comfort supporting secure workstation setup and access issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document, follow up, and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive personnel, screening, account, and access information with discretion.
