Our client, Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) organization supporting execution-focused teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, clear communication, and a results-driven mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent

Location:West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite; beginning expectation onsite possibly 5 days for ramp up)

Pay Range: $65-$68/hr 

What's the Job?

• Support Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) execution activities with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned work.
• Operate effectively in a hybrid schedule, with an initial onsite ramp-up period and flexible hybrid expectations after onboarding.
• Collaborate with team members to drive day-to-day progress and ensure work is completed to established operational standards.
• Participate in structured interview rounds, including a 30-minute Teams video interview process with a panel format.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline execution and strengthen operational outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to execute operational tasks reliably in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with teammates and support execution across the Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) workflow.
• Comfort working onsite as needed during ramp up, with readiness to follow a hybrid schedule after onboarding.
• Professional, team-oriented approach that supports panel-based collaboration and clear expectations during the interview process.
• Motivation to deliver results over a defined engagement period with the potential for extension and possible conversion.
