Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of a newly forming Project Management function supporting US Federal implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder communication, disciplined project planning, and a proven ability to manage complex technical delivery across cross-team dependencies.

Location:Remote (100% remote within the United States; Texas is preferred for easier in-person collaboration, but not required.)

What's the Job?

• Oversee complex technical implementation projects to ensure seamless, timely, and scope-compliant deployment of customer use cases.
• Build and refine internal project management processes from the ground up, establishing best practices for the new PM team.
• Drive customer onboarding success by serving as the primary point of contact and orchestrating cross-functional resources to achieve project milestones.
• Facilitate clear communication with senior-level stakeholders to manage expectations, mitigate risks, and secure formal project acceptance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans, optimizing delivery efficiency and elevating customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Project Management.
• Completion of at least one full IT software implementation project lifecycle.
• Possession of an active Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM).
• Documented experience in the maintenance or implementation of LAN/WAN network environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage at least two concurrent projects involving cross-team dependencies.
