Brand Engagement Manager

Our client, Beauty & Fragrance brand is seeking a Brand Engagement Manager to join their team. As a Brand Engagement Manager, you will be part of the Communications & Brand Engagement team supporting integrated campaign planning, influencer coordination, and event execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to juggle and prioritize multiple initiatives, a talent for clear communication across teams, and a passion for learning new platforms quickly—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Location:El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $29/HR

What's the Job?

• Promote the brand’s voice and aesthetics across traditional, digital, and social media channels, ensuring all content is on-brand and deployed according to best practices
• Employ integrated communications strategies to build and sustain the brand’s image for external audiences in the US
• Manage influencer strategy and campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Generate content for social media and retail partners, supporting brand consistency across channels
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and sponsorships as needed, including day-to-day communication planning and execution

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience specific to PR, influencer marketing, and social media content/strategy in fragrance, fashion and/or beauty
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional experience executing PR and social media campaigns
• Established network in press, influencers, events, social media, and the beauty industry
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, plus strong writing and PowerPoint/Excel skills
