Quality Inspector (Entry Level)

Our client, a leading healthcare manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Inspection Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $20/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming materials and components.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Operate inspection and measurement equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Process incoming quality inspections in SAP and support special testing activities.
• Assist with first article inspections, validation activities, and supplier quality support.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or manufacturing.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and reading engineering drawings.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records.
