What are must-have skills for this role?: Google Dialog flow experience for Chatbot modernization
Years of experience required for each skill? 3-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Support migration of an existing chatbot from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX)
- Develop, configure, and implement chatbot functionality within the target platform
- Assist with software modernization and platform upgrade activities
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and implementation planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve chatbot functionality issues during migration and testing
- Support deployment, testing, and production readiness efforts
