Business Execution Consultant 1 - Contingent

Our client, Shannon - Offshore Support is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 1 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 1 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Execution organization supporting execution-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to compliance and process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Business Execution Consultant 1 - Contingent

Location:St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $35-$37/hr 

What's the Job?

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures where answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.
• Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution to support day-to-day execution needs.
• Support execution deliverables by following established procedures and ensuring work aligns with applicable compliance expectations.

What's Needed?

• 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Ability to understand and apply policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within defined parameters.
• Comfort working on low-risk, narrower-impact tasks while escalating questions or issues appropriately.
• Strong communication skills to share clear, accurate information with client personnel in Business Execution.
• Motivation to learn the function and contribute to execution outcomes through consistent, process-aligned support.
