Global Mobility Specialist (Contract)

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join their team. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be part of the Global Mobility Department supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Immigration, and Talent Acquisition teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist (Contract)
Location: Austin, Texas
Pay Range: $42/hour W2

What's the Job?

• Manage domestic, international, and cross-entity employee relocation cases.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Immigration, HR, and relocation vendors.
• Maintain mobility trackers and provide regular status reporting.
• Audit vendor files and support invoice review and payment processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for relocating employees and internal stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of corporate relocation or global mobility experience.
• Experience handling international employee relocations.
• Experience working with relocation vendors or relocation management companies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and HR systems experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.
