Sr. Procurement Specialist

Our client, a leading consumer biowearables organization, is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Procurement Specialist, you will be part of Marketing Operations supporting the Marketing and Creative teams. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement and payment management experience, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing and creative, and the drive to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment—aligning successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Process statements of work, contracts, and related documentation for marketing and creative agencies, production partners, and other vendors.
• Partner with procurement and Legal teams to support contract reviews, approvals, and vendor onboarding.
• Create and submit purchase order requests and monitor PO status to help ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation within Abbott systems.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and alignment with approved contracts and purchase orders, coordinating with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, finance, operations, project coordination, or a related administrative role.
• Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, contracts, or budget tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
