Job Title:Sr. Sourcing Associate

Location:Remote (United States)

Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned Information Technology (IT) projects to support business continuity and value creation.
• Establish, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships to deliver cost and service benefits to the corporation.
• Negotiate and establish effective supplier contract agreements, ensuring suppliers are held accountable for competitive pricing, high quality, and best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities that support successful integration of sourcing strategies for assigned IT categories and overall sourcing guidelines and processes.
• Lead complex sourcing projects and initiatives with high value and broad impact across the corporation.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 10 years of experience negotiating IT software contracts.
• 4-year degree (minimum 4 years of degree education).
• Strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Proven contract negotiation capability specifically related to IT.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and lead initiatives that require coordination and follow-through.
