Workday Recruiting Lead

Our client is seeking a Workday Recruiting Lead to join their team. As a Workday Recruiting Lead, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition transformation effort supporting enterprise recruiting strategy and future-state operating model planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to align stakeholders, a talent for translating business needs into actionable recommendations, and the confidence to lead workshops and decision-ready materials that move initiatives forward.

What's the Job?

• Lead the Talent Acquisition workstream, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making sessions with Talent Acquisition leadership and key business stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations for the future-state Talent Acquisition operating model and service delivery approach.
• Drive alignment on enterprise recruiting processes, governance, and organizational accountabilities.
• Evaluate future-state recruiting technology capabilities, including sourcing, CRM, AI-enabled recruiting, and talent intelligence solutions.

What's Needed?

• Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, operating models, and recruiting technologies.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition, HR, or business transformation initiatives.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to translate business needs into future-state recommendations and executive-ready decision materials.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations preferred.
