Distribution / Warehouse Associate

Our client, a warehouse and logistics organization, is seeking a Distribution / Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Lead Distribution / Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting daily distribution activities. 

 

Job Title: Distribution / Warehouse Associate

Location: Hodgkins, IL

Duration: 3+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

Shift and Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)

Pay Range: $21 - $24 / hr. on W2

This role involves clearing UPS carrier trailers of pallets, bags, and trash, sweeping trailers, and preparing them for the next use. Responsibilities also include inbound and outbound operations, inventory tracking at remote lots, and maintaining warehouse efficiency.

 

Key requirements:

• Warehouse, distribution, or inventory control experience.

• Inbound/outbound operations and inventory tracking.

• Ability to perform physical work, including cleaning and sweeping trailers.

• Flexibility to work weekends or a sixth day as needed, with schedule changes based on business needs.

• Reliable transportation, as the remote UPS location may be difficult to reach by public transportation.
