Distribution Lead Associate

Our client is seeking a Distribution Lead Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Lead Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting daily execution across an operational area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a commitment to accuracy, and a focus on continuous improvement—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee many of the daily activities for a warehouse account, department, or station to keep inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow moving effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by supporting processes that protect quality standards and reduce errors.
• Ensure effective use of staff by coordinating work completion in your operational area.
• Track operational efficiency and use performance information to support steady, reliable execution.
• Support a safe, organized workflow by adhering to established procedures and expectations.

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting warehouse distribution activities, including inbound, inventory control, and outbound processes.
• Strong attention to detail to help maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards.
• Ability to lead and coordinate daily work so tasks are completed on time in an operational area.
• Comfort tracking operational efficiency and using results to improve day-to-day performance.
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills to align with supervisors and team members.
