Our client, a leading enterprise organization is seeking a Manual Software Tester to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, confidence validating data integrity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication.

Job Title:Manual Software Tester

Location:Seattle, WA  — Hybrid (3 days on-site per week; onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Pay Range:$44.00 to $47.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Execute manual test cases against a digital document management application to ensure accurate outcomes.
  • Validate data accuracy between source systems and processed output results, confirming integrity throughout the workflow.
  • Verify business rules and application logic are functioning as expected during document processing and data handling.
  • Review and confirm data extraction, migration, and document processing results, especially where accuracy is critical.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies, maintaining clear testing documentation and status updates.

What's Needed?

  • 2–5 years of software quality assurance or manual testing experience, including enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience creating, executing, and documenting test cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and data validation capabilities.
  • Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects clearly and professionally.
  • Comfort working independently with limited day-to-day supervision, while collaborating effectively with project teams.
