What's the Job?

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• Supports hiring and onboarding activities using established recruiting practices and procedures.
• Coordinates candidate and employee information to ensure accurate, timely updates throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Works under general supervision while applying judgment and creativity to plan and accomplish goals.

What's Needed?

• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty.
• 2–4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Ability to handle a variety of recruiting and employee status tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
• Comfort working with limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
