Our client, a leading enterprise organization is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (Charlotte) to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer (Charlotte), you will be part of the technology organization supporting enterprise platform delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development expertise, a proven ability to translate business requirements into compliant technical solutions, and the drive to deliver high-quality outcomes through an established SDLC and change management framework.

Location:Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:$60-$65/hr 

What's the Job?

  • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) within an enterprise ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities such as custom applications, APIs, business rules, flows, and catalog items—aligned to out-of-the-box configuration and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and platform architects to deliver compliant business value within an established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management process.
  • Participate in all SDLC phases including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support, leveraging Agile practices.
  • Develop and troubleshoot integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other enterprise integration technologies, ensuring security, auditability, and regulatory alignment.

What's Needed?

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • 3-5+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management, testing, and deployment practices, including DevOps and governance/change control.
