Our client, a technology services organization, is seeking a Field Print Support Technician I to join their team. As a Field Print Support Technician I, you will be part of the Field Services team supporting on-site customer environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to follow documented processes with accuracy and consistency—so you can deliver reliable print support and keep operations running smoothly.

Must Have Experience:
- Printer Repair/Replace/ Troubleshoot experience
- Replace toner/consumables/paper
- Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites
- Clear paper jams, Ink
What's the Job?
- Monitor assigned systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on supported hardware and software using established protocols.
- Perform routine installations and configurations, including assembling and integrating system/product components according to standard procedures.
- Execute approved and documented scripted change management activities while following incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Provide on-site support by clearing paper jams, replacing toner/consumables/paper, and assisting end users with device functionality.
- Maintain production goals and contract-required response times while ensuring data confidentiality and supporting operational plans with minimal supervision.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma/GED or higher secondary education, or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.
- Typically 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
- Ability to manage consumable inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available at customer sites.
- Comfort with initial troubleshooting, swapping devices with spares as needed, and coordinating with HP with SW-branded support.
- Strong attention to process: follow incident/change/problem management timeframes, document work, and escalate incident trends when required.
