Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Process Improvement) to join their team. As a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Process Improvement), you will be part of the Procurement organization supporting category sourcing and process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, a practical sourcing mindset, and the drive to turn data into actionable savings and better supplier outcomes.

Location: Remote (Supporting EST Hours)
Pay Range: $55-60/hr
What's the Job?
- Support day-to-day execution of sourcing strategies for assigned categories, focusing on reducing organizational spend while strengthening relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers.
- Develop award optimization scenarios to minimize total cost of ownership and improve sourcing outcomes.
- Perform sourcing analysis including opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities.
- Support contract management activities by working with the contract management team on administration of contract data, addendums, item master sheets, and supplier documentation.
- Partner on benefit tracking by helping develop mechanisms to report and communicate savings achieved, including post-implementation variance analysis.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, CPG, or similar.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement activities, with strong sourcing process knowledge.
- Experience developing Templates, Playbooks, Job Aids, and Training materials for stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of contract review, redlining, and negotiation alternatives.
- Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodology is a plus.
- Experience supporting RFPs, reviewing contracts, and handling supplier-related documentation and processes.
- Proven ability to conduct spend analysis and total ownership cost analysis, including identifying internal costs tied to supplier price, delivery, operations, and quality.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vizio) and the ability to synthesize analysis into clear oral and written communications.
