Duck Creek Product Manager

Our client is seeking a Duck Creek Product Manager to join their team. As a Duck Creek Product Manager, you will be part of the Product & Delivery organization supporting Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong product leadership, deep Duck Creek insurance platform expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable Agile delivery outcomes.

What's the Job?

• Own and manage the Duck Creek product roadmap for Policy, Billing, and Claims solutions, ensuring clear priorities and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from insurance stakeholders, then translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-maintained product backlog.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams (underwriting, policy administration, claims) and Agile delivery teams to drive alignment and successful implementation.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations to ensure the team delivers the right capabilities at the right time.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business SMEs to deliver high-quality Duck Creek solutions, support UAT activities, and secure stakeholder signoffs.

What's Needed?

• Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing and/or Claims.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (PC) insurance processes.
• Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and requirement prioritization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
