Our client, Banking and Financial Services is seeking a Regulatory Records Management /Lead to join their team. As a Regulatory Records Management /Lead. The ideal candidate will have a self-starter mindset, strong attention to detail, and disciplined project management that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Records Management /Lead 

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Drive regulatory records and recordkeeping initiatives to support compliance with records retention and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
  • Partner across business, technology, data, and governance teams to implement change that strengthens records governance and information lifecycle management.
  • Perform records identification and classification activities, including supporting technology-enabled recordkeeping environments.
  • Coordinate data remediation workstreams and support movement of data and records into retention repositories.
  • Manage projects and workstreams with multiple stakeholders, including collaboration on technology migration initiatives through records governance and classification activities.

What's Needed?

  • Experience leading records governance programs and performing records classification exercises.
  • Hands-on understanding of retention schedules and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
  • Comfort working with structured data applications, data repositories, and technology-enabled recordkeeping environments.
  • Ability to collaborate business-facing and facilitate discussions to drive outcomes across stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to prioritize and execute initiatives across regulatory, records, technology, and data workstreams.
