Our client, a leading technology organization is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the HR technology transformation program supporting a major M&A initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong complex enterprise program management experience, hands-on HR/recruiting operations and HR technology implementation expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with clear governance and executive-ready communication.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 4

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) — 3 days/week onsite (flexible)

Pay Range: $71/hr to $73/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Provide day-to-day program and technical project/program management support across multiple HR technology workstreams during implementation and launch.
  • Drive program governance by maintaining integrated project plans, dependencies, decisions, action items, and critical milestones.
  • Support HR technology delivery activities including business requirements tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, operational readiness, and launch planning.
  • Partner with MAVS HR and Employee Experience (Engineering) teams, as well as external vendor teams, to coordinate execution and alignment.
  • Manage risks and issues by maintaining RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), escalating blockers early, and driving mitigation with clear owners.

What's Needed?

  • 8-10 years of experience in complex, cross-functional enterprise program management, including governance forums and executive stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong HR operations and/or HR/recruiting operations experience, with demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience supporting HR technology implementation and transformation, including workforce/organizational design and workforce planning concepts.
  • OrgVue experience, including support for implementation activities such as configuration support, data validation, user testing, reporting/analytics, and security/access management.
  • Experience coordinating data quality and validation across multiple HR systems and sources, plus comfort supporting UAT, defect management, and readiness assessments.
