Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in regulated industries, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the cross-functional delivery organization supporting enterprise business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, disciplined project governance, and a proactive risk mindset—skills that will help drive successful selection, implementation, and optimization of business applications and SaaS platforms.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Brookfield, WI

Pay Range: $55/hr+

What's the Job?

• Lead enterprise projects from initiation through implementation and project closeout, ensuring outcomes align to business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and communication plans to keep delivery on track.
• Manage project scope, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and change requests across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support successful deployment efforts.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee discussions, and executive communications to maintain clarity and momentum.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise-level projects.
• Proven experience managing technology or business transformation initiatives with strong planning and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope, including managing multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating cross-team execution with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
