Our client, Digital Operations is seeking a Digital Operations Associate to join their team. As a Digital Operations Associate, you will be part of the Digital Operations team supporting economic model development and quality review.

Pay Range: $26/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Support content production and quality review for economic modeling tools and collateral across Adobe InDesign, Excel, BaseCase, and Robohead platforms.
• Export existing collateral from Adobe InDesign to CSV files for import into existing Excel templates, validating content accuracy and document integrity.
• Develop and maintain Excel models by applying required formatting, formulas, and external data links; connect imported content to reference tables and validate calculations.
• Link Adobe InDesign material to Excel models and verify content accuracy and file integrity during updates.
• Manage review and approval workflows by creating PDF redlines, submitting/revising collateral based on stakeholder feedback, and maintaining project documentation.

What's Needed?

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including use of formulas and formatting.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with content review, redlining, and approval workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (not field specific).
