Power Platform Developer

Our client is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join their team. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be part of the delivery organization supporting business teams that rely on Microsoft Power Platform to automate processes, build applications, and integrate enterprise data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Power Apps development experience, strong Power Automate cloud flow skills, and the ability to design and implement Dataverse solutions—aligning successfully in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to support business workflows and application requirements.
• Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Dataverse solutions, including data modeling and solution deployment practices.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external systems using APIs and custom connectors.
• Apply Power Platform governance and security best practices, including permissions, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, and solution lifecycle management.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing Dataverse solutions and integrating with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, governance, and solution deployment practices; ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions.
