Equipment Maintenance Technician

Our client, semiconductor manufacturing operations is seeking a Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting production equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on troubleshooting mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership.

Pay Range: $60.53

Working Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday
Shift Hours: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to support high performance, quality, and uptime
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule and established procedures (MMM)
• Accurately document maintenance activities and equipment performance in tracking systems
• Collect and record operational data as required
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership to improve KPIs, increase tool availability, reduce PM cycle times, and support continuous improvement

What's Needed?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, including vacuum, photolithography (photo), or wet/plating technologies
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Working knowledge of control systems and/or PLCs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using tracking systems
