Our clien is seeking a Onsite Print Support Technician to join their team. As a Onsite Print Support Technician, you will be part of the [Department Name] supporting [Team Name(s)]. Pay Range:$26.42 - $34 

What's the Job?

  • Monitor assigned systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on supported hardware and software using established protocols.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine installations and configurations, including assembling and integrating system/product components according to standard procedures.
  • Execute approved and documented scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Support fleet operations by troubleshooting break/fix events (best effort), swapping devices with spares, creating and submitting support tickets, and collecting usage pages as needed.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage consumable inventory and perform tasks such as replacing toner/consumables/paper and clearing paper jams.
  • Experience using web-based software to manage proactive fleet monitoring and coordinate onsite spare device inventory.
  • Working knowledge of NT/Unix/MS platforms to help resolve issues across the fleet, along with the ability to follow incident/change/problem management processes.
