Our client, is seeking a Technical Program Manager, AI & Digital Products to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, AI & Digital Products, you will be part of the M&A Integration and AI Enablement effort supporting the M&A Hub platform and a growing set of AI use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong agile program coordination, hands-on experience testing AI chatbot applications, and a customer-focused mindset that translates into clear documentation and reliable end-user support.
Job Title: Technical Program Manager, AI & Digital Products
Location: Remote (PST Hours/West Coast candidates preferred)
Pay Range: $75-80/hr
What's the Job?
- Define and coordinate agile features and user stories with IT and data science teams to support the final build-out of the M&A Hub internal web application.
- Lead business / user acceptance testing for the M&A Hub platform, ensuring releases meet user needs and acceptance criteria.
- Own end-user documentation and ongoing platform support so users can confidently adopt and use the solution.
- Test and evaluate AI applications (including RAG-based chatbots) for quality, accuracy, and consistency, then share findings that shape the near-term roadmap.
- Coordinate platform enhancements across IT and data science teams to keep delivery aligned and progressing through the end of FY27 (with potential for extension).
What's Needed?
- Experience managing an agile software development program, including coordinating features, user stories, and delivery timelines.
- Experience working with and testing AI chatbots, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ability to lead business / user acceptance testing and translate feedback into actionable next steps for the team.
- Strong documentation skills to create and maintain end-user materials that support adoption and day-to-day use.
- Comfort working in a mostly autonomous, remote role with a few check-ins per week and clear ownership of outcomes.
