Job Title:Marketing Program Manager

Location:Remote - East Coast preference

Pay Range: Open to discuss

What's the Job?

  • Own end-to-end marketing integration management across concurrent M&A transactions, from pre-close discovery through post-close execution and formal deal exit.
  • Lead the cross-functional marketing integration track aligned to the overarching deal strategy, ensuring compliance milestones are met and acquired brand equity and digital footprints transition to Cisco standards.
  • Coordinate MarTech and application rationalization by auditing acquired marketing platforms and executing disposition paths (Onboard, Consolidate, Retain, Replace, Terminate) with IT M&A and Marketing Operations (MOPs), including contract renewals/terminations with Procurement.
  • Oversee digital and web property transition, including audit, content migration, redirect strategies and domain portfolio transfers to MarkMonitor with multi-year retention policy definition.
  • Drive brand and social media governance by managing administrative access transfers, follower migration, or sunsetting of legacy channels in alignment with Corporate Communications and Brand teams.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects/programs.
  • Basic understanding of core marketing functions and operational workflows, including MarTech stacks, digital web transitions, domain governance, brand consolidation, or agency management.
  • Proven ability to navigate large, matrixed enterprise environments and influence senior stakeholders without direct functional authority (prior tech enterprise experience is a plus).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent integration tracks in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
  • Strong project management rigor and proficiency with standard productivity/collaboration tools (Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Word, Smartsheet/Project, Webex), plus exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

What's in it for me?

  • Opportunity to lead marketing integration work that directly supports long-term value creation and operational continuity.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Corporate Development Integration (CDI), central marketing functional leads, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Data Privacy & Protection.
  • A role built around governance, milestone tracking, and clear decision documentation—where your structure and clarity make a measurable impact.
  • Work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and you can lead through ambiguity with confidence.
