Our client, a warehouse and logistics organization, is seeking a Distribution Lead I to join their team. As a Distribution Lead I, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting daily execution across an operational area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a commitment to accuracy, and a focus on continuous improvement—skills that will help you keep inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow running smoothly.

Job Title: Distribution Lead I

Location: New Stanton, PA. ONSITE

Pay Range: $30.00/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Oversee many of the daily activities for an account, department, or station within a warehouse operation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by supporting inventory control processes and ensuring work is completed to quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities to support smooth operations.
  • Track operational efficiency and use performance insights to improve workflow and execution in your operational area.
  • Ensure effective use of staff by organizing work, supporting completion of tasks, and maintaining consistent operational expectations.

  • Experience supporting warehouse distribution operations, including inbound, inventory control, and outbound processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven focus on inventory accuracy and quality standards.
  • Ability to track operational efficiency and use results to drive better day-to-day execution.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to coordinate work and support effective staffing in an operational area.
  • Commitment to completing assigned work reliably while maintaining safe, compliant warehouse practices.
