Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Digita Assets QA Engineer to join their team. As a Digita Assets QA Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering team supporting the Digital Asset Platform (DAP) delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on QA automation expertise, deep capital markets domain knowledge, and the ability to translate complex financial workflows into reliable, evidence-based test coverage which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Define and execute the end-to-end quality engineering strategy for the Digital Asset Platform (DAP), including functional, integration, performance, resiliency, security, and operational-readiness testing.
  • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for APIs, microservices, event-driven workflows, user interfaces, batch processes, and system integrations, and embed them into CI/CD with automated quality gates.
  • Lead quality validation for CCP margin and collateral workflows, including margin calls, collateral eligibility/valuation/haircuts, substitutions, recalls/returns, and settlement events with full traceability.
  • Test intraday repo settlement and secured-lending workflows, validating transaction lifecycles, economics, collateral/cash movements, exception handling, and reconciliation across DAP and downstream systems.
  • Plan and execute non-functional testing (performance, volume, scalability, resiliency, recovery/failover) and support risk/security controls with audit-ready testing evidence.

What's Needed?

  • Significant professional experience in quality engineering, test automation, or software test engineering within financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining enterprise automated testing frameworks, including API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging, and complex system integrations.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, with strong test-data management, reconciliation, traceability, and defect-management practices.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and financial workflows and convert them into positive, negative, boundary, exception, and recovery test scenarios.
