Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Vibe Coder (Vscode / Cursos / Codex) / GenAI Platform Relationship Manager to join their team. As a Vibe Coder (Vscode / Cursos / Codex) / GenAI Platform Relationship Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise GenAI Platform team supporting internal Lines of Business (LOBs). The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, technical fluency across GenAI concepts and APIs, and a delivery-oriented mindset that keeps production support and adoption moving forward.

Job Title: Vibe Coder (Vscode / Cursos / Codex) / GenAI Platform Relationship Manager

Location:Jersey City, New Jersey; or Pennington, New Jersey

Pay Range: $75-$79/hr 

What's the Job?

• Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned LOB stakeholders (business + tech) and serve as the single point of contact for GenAI platform engagement.
• Drive adoption and value realization by expanding GenAI usage across LOB use cases and ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
• Own intake and demand management by capturing, scoping, and prioritizing enhancement requests, new use cases, and small feature needs with platform/product teams.
• Lead end-to-end issue resolution for production problems by coordinating with platform engineering, support (L2/L3), and infrastructure teams.
• Translate LOB needs into actionable feedback for the platform team, supporting governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Demonstrated experience building monthly reporting and/or Agile reporting using Vibe code tools such as VS Code, Cursor, and/or Codex.
• AI delivery experience within a financial institution, with a clear understanding of how GenAI initiatives move from concept to production.
• Strong client/stakeholder management experience in enterprise or financial services environments, including the ability to build trusted partnerships.
• Technical fluency with APIs and working knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI concepts, platform-based delivery, and SDLC.
• Ability to triage issues, navigate ambiguity, and drive resolution across multiple teams, while communicating clearly to both business and technical audiences.
