Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Senior Capital Markets Analyst (CFO)-Finance Analyst 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Senior Capital Markets Analyst (CFO)-Finance Analyst 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Treasury and Finance Data organization supporting liquidity data governance, regulatory and management reporting, and enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep traded products/derivatives expertise, advanced SQL data analysis skills, and strong business analysis capability which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $70 - $73

What's the Job?

  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert to ensure the accuracy, integrity, governance, and effective use of liquidity data across regulatory and management reporting.
  • Lead analysis of liquidity data used in reporting and liquidity/risk processes, including LCR, NSFR, stress testing, and internal liquidity metrics.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues by tracing trade lifecycle events—booking, settlement, and maturity—and explaining how those events impact the bank’s cash needs and reporting outcomes.
  • Perform root cause analysis and oversee remediation of data and reporting issues to support sustainable solutions.
  • Partner with Treasury, Data Management, and Technology teams to define data requirements, implement liquidity data solutions, and provide guidance on liquidity data implementations.

What's Needed?

  • Traded Products / Derivatives expertise (7+ years), with deep understanding of product booking, settlement, and maturity behaviors; derivatives knowledge is the top priority.
  • Business Analysis and Data Analysis experience (7+ years) to translate reporting needs into actionable data requirements and issue resolution.
  • Advanced SQL skills (7+ years), including writing complex queries and managing complex datasets for investigation and reporting accuracy.
  • Experience across trade products such as derivatives, equities, FX, and swaps, with the ability to understand trade details well enough to identify and trace errors through the data.
  • Experience with JIRA (4–5 years) or similar tooling, plus strong analytical judgment and communication to explain reporting impact clearly.
