Job Title:Senior Python Developer / AI Engineer – GenAI Platform

Location:Jersey City, New Jersey

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement the GenAI platform and related business use cases with a strong focus on production readiness.
• Develop architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration, emphasizing quality, performance, resiliency, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions that scale.
• Lead technical delivery across cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams, ensuring tasks are identified, prioritized, and executed across the SDLC.
• Drive platform performance, scalability, and resiliency testing; implement hardware upgrades and software enhancements to meet global expectations.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of Python development experience, including the ability to write production code independently without relying on AI assistance.
• Strong Python fundamentals (data structures, error handling, and application architecture) plus proficiency in Unix scripting.
• Experience designing and implementing multi-tier application platforms, including microservices.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (Oracle or MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), including processing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, React, and jQuery, along with experience delivering projects through cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
