Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be part of the technology organization supporting the platforms that enable Rates and Credit trading businesses. The ideal candidate will bring ownership mindset, strong incident and problem-solving skills, and clear stakeholder communication which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading platforms, helping ensure reliable operation of critical trading, pricing, risk, P&L, and electronic execution systems.
- Monitor production systems and workflows, including interfaces, market connectivity, pricing feeds, and electronic trading execution health.
- Manage and resolve production incidents by coordinating across development, infrastructure, networking, market data vendors, and business users.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions after production issues, improving stability and resilience over time.
- Support continuous improvement through change and release management, DR management, project delivery, operational controls, and production readiness for new releases.
What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in Front Office application support, with hands-on production support responsibilities.
- Experience supporting Rates and Credit related Fixed Income products, including familiarity with trading workflows and operational controls.
- Working knowledge of SQL and scripting, plus the ability to troubleshoot in real time and analyze logs and system behavior.
- Experience with incident management and problem-solving, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-through.
- Familiarity with monitoring and support tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, Logic Monitor, eG, Geneos/ITRS, and ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change), along with job scheduling (Autosys) and databases (MSSQL/SQL Server, Oracle).
