Front Office Application Support

Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Front Office Application Support to join their team. As a Front Office Application Support, you will be part of the Technology organization supporting Front Office trading and electronic execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong incident management and problem-solving skills, a proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly with traders, control functions, and technical partners—aligning successfully in a high-availability trading environment.

What's the Job?

  • Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading platforms, ensuring stable and reliable operations.
  • Monitor critical production systems, interfaces, market connectivity, pricing feeds, and electronic trading workflows to maintain continuous availability.
  • Manage and resolve production incidents by coordinating across development, infrastructure, networking, market data vendors, and business users.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions after production issues, improving resilience and preventing recurrence.
  • Own end-to-end operational responsibilities including incident management, problem management, change and release management, DR management, and project delivery support.

What's Needed?

  • 8+ years of experience in Front Office application support, with a strong focus on production stability and operational controls.
  • Experience supporting Rates and Credit related Fixed Income products.
  • Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market data platforms, including connectivity and workflow troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and scripting, plus monitoring and troubleshooting skills to diagnose real-time issues.
  • Experience applying ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and supporting audit, compliance, and user access review activities.
