Our client, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail is seeking a Java Back-End Engineer / Team Lead to join their team. Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Range:$60-64/hr
 

What's the Job?

• Own day-to-day client service delivery by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring commitments are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear updates, escalating risks early, and driving timely resolution.
• Support delivery planning and execution by aligning internal teams, clarifying requirements, and helping translate business needs into actionable work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying service delivery gaps, recommending process enhancements, and supporting implementation.
• Collaborate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and reliable outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Experience leading service delivery or client-facing delivery coordination in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to organize work, track execution, and support delivery from planning through production support.
• Comfort working with technical teams and understanding how software delivery impacts client outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
