Our client is seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration Support Specialist to serve as the primary resource for the deployment, support, and lifecycle management of HP Poly (Polycom) Teams-certified collaboration devices across Northeast Ohio locations. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and user support of Microsoft Teams-enabled conferencing technologies used in conference rooms, huddle spaces, and personal workspaces while delivering an excellent end-user collaboration experience

Pay Range: $35/hr on W2
What’s the Job?
- Install, configure, deploy, and support HP Poly/Polycom Teams-certified devices, including conference phones, collaboration bars, cameras, speakerphones, touch controllers, and related peripherals.
- Manage device provisioning, firmware upgrades, software updates, maintenance activities, and lifecycle support for Microsoft Teams Rooms equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft Teams connectivity, audio/video performance, device registration, authentication, peripheral integration, and meeting functionality.
- Provide end-user support, meeting readiness assistance, device replacement services, and support for new Teams device deployments and technology refresh initiatives.
- Maintain device inventory, documentation, configuration standards, and collaborate with IT support teams on escalations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
What’s Needed?
- Hands-on experience supporting HP Poly/Polycom collaboration devices and Microsoft Teams-certified hardware solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams device provisioning, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Poly Studio, Poly X-Series, Trio, CCX, and other collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in firmware management, software updates, hardware diagnostics, and troubleshooting audio/video peripherals.
Excellent customer support, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with end users and cross-functional IT teams
