nCino Production Support Specialist

Our client, a leading enterprise banking organization is seeking a nCino Production Support Specialist to join their team. You'll be responsible for supporting nCino platform operations for commercial lending and credit workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong production support instincts, deep nCino hands-on experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical and operational solutions which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: nCino Production Support Specialist 

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid - 3 days / week onsite) 

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day production support for nCino across commercial lending and credit workflows, keeping applications running smoothly and users unblocked.
• Troubleshoot issues involving loan origination, credit processes, document management, integrations, and downstream systems—then drive issues to resolution with clear next steps.
• Lead incident management, defect triage, root cause analysis, impact assessments, and timely issue resolution to protect platform stability.
• Analyze application workflows, system dependencies, logs, APIs, and data relationships to identify production issues and prevent repeat incidents.
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to translate business problems into technical and operational solutions, including support for releases, post-deployment validation, and stabilization efforts.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of hands-on nCino experience, preferably in production support, application support, product support, or delivery.
• 10+ years of commercial credit experience, with strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit approval processes, loan documentation, and the lending lifecycle.
• 5+ years supporting large-scale transformation programs within enterprise banking environments.
• Strong production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis experience in complex, high-priority environments.
• Understanding of application workflows, system dependencies, relational data, and API/integration concepts, plus strong communication skills across business and technical teams.
