Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Development Lead to join their team. As a ServiceNow Development Lead, you will be part of the [Department Name] supporting [Team Name(s)]. Pay Range: 50-55 W2

What's the Job?

• Lead the technical design, development, configuration, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for the SPM platform, providing direction and mentorship to development teams.
• Establish development standards, coding best practices, and governance processes to ensure scalable, sustainable delivery.
• Design and configure SPM capabilities including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Development, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Investment Funding, Innovation Management, and OKRs.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party APIs, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow architecture principles.

What's Needed?

• ServiceNow platform experience, including hands-on implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading ServiceNow development teams with a track record of delivering end-to-end projects from design through deployment.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, Service Portal and Workspace development, and data migration/transformation.
• Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture, plus experience with source control and CI/CD practices.
