Reliability Engineer

Our client is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will lead the execution and delivery of Reliability Engineering (RGE) functions within propulsion calibration, focusing on tracking, analyzing, and improving vehicle reliability, emissions, drivability, and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to drive improvements from test data to production-ready calibration changes.

Pay Range: 28-30 W2

What's the Job?

• Reliability Engineering (RGE) processes to enhance vehicle quality, durability, and compliance, including emissions and fuel economy.
• Manage and prioritize test fleets to support reliability growth activities and timely execution of testing.
• Acquire and analyze vehicle data to identify failure modes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive design or calibration improvements prior to production launches based on validated findings.
• Prepare vehicles for testing and dispose of vehicles when testing is complete, ensuring readiness and proper lifecycle handling.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Experience in vehicle fleet management, testing, and maintenance.
• Background in vehicle development attributes including drivability, diagnostics, and emissions, with strong data acquisition and statistical data processing skills.
• Ability to work with reliability-focused engineering workflows and translate data into actionable engineering decisions.
• Comfort operating in an environment where background checks are mandatory.
