Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with pricing domain experience to support a strategic pricing transformation initiative. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while managing requirements and user stories within Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities
Gather and document business and pricing requirements.
Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories.
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
Analyze pricing workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
Partner closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience supporting pricing, product management, or financial systems.
Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.
Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience within Agile and Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Payments, banking, fintech, or financial services experience.
Experience supporting pricing engines or product catalog solutions.
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
